After a couple months of organizing the large group tours with daily departures, we realized these tours do not meet our standards of quality and usually end up with unsatisfactory service and quality complaints. The low prices advertised by most agencies offering this type of tours are usually a trap and are compensated by low quality services, from unqualified drivers, No A/C in the cars, forced shopping stops and extra hidden charges, to low cost accommodations. we feel that it’s not the right way to treat our dear clients and it’s not the image of our country we want to advertise and reflect. We still organize small group tours amongst our own clients when we have similar requests and the groups are limited to 6 people to ensure maximum attention from the driver and guides.
